To strengthen product quality management and satisfy strict inspection standards of export orders and high-end supply chains, our company has newly installed coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and CNC dimensional testing equipment, establishing a complete quality control procedure from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery.
Our workshop is already furnished with more than 40 precision injection molding machines and robotic automatic production lines to support 24-hour mass manufacturing. The newly added testing devices perform multi-dimensional precise dimension measurement on special-shaped plastic parts, insulated coated copper bars and CPVC pipe fittings, and automatically generate archived inspection reports. Every batch of goods is traceable and verifiable, effectively reducing dimensional deviation and the outflow of defective products.
The standardized quality control system helps our factory pass customer factory audits from overseas buyers and meets procurement standards for automotive and energy storage industries.
